Canadian Firm Teranet to Set Up Centre of Development at Technopark

Thiruvananthapuram: Teranet, a leading provider of registry and workflow solutions for Canadian financial services and real estate markets, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Technopark to set up a Centre of Development on January 23. The 10,000-sq.ft. facility, which can accommodate about 100 employees, is expected to be operational by April 2019.

The MoU was signed between Deepak Gupta, Senior Director, Teranet and Hrishikesh Nair, CEO, Technopark, in the presence of M Sivasankar IAS, Secretary, IT and Electronics, Govt. of Kerala.

Last year global giants like Nissan Digital and Taurus Investment Holdings signed an agreement with Technopark to commence operations. While Nissan Digital started operations in December, Taurus Investment Holdings is preparing to start operations soon. Japanese IT firm Fujitsu is also in talks with the State Government to open Offshore Development Centre in the State capital.
